Ball Street Bucks (“BSB”) are a closed-loop virtual currency used solely for participation within the Ball Street platform. BSB has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, cannot be withdrawn, and does not represent any ownership, equity, or financial interest in Ball Street or any third party.

Physical or digital stock certificates are collectibles purchased separately with real money and are not financial instruments, securities, or investment products. Ownership of a certificate does not provide any rights to income, dividends, appreciation, or redemption.

BSB is not offered or promoted as an investment, and users should not expect to generate profit, income, or financial return from holding or using BSB.
